Today I decided to share list of websites I collected from web where we can host .swf file for free. SWF files may contain text as well as both vector and raster graphics; plays in Web browsers that have the Flash plug-in installed.

This may not be exactly what you’re looking for but it you submit pdf files to these folks they’ll put them together in swf and host for you FREE.
I tried axmag, it is an online service. I think desktop solution would be better, like this one: http://www.kvisoft.com/flipbook-maker/
